Killing Eve Season 2 Trailer: The Obsession Continues!
Paul Dailly at .BBC America's buzzy Killing Eve returns in less than two months, and the cabler has unveiled a brand new trailer for Killing Eve Season 2.
“I think I might’ve killed her” Eve (Sandra Oh) can be heard saying on the phone.
In a truly Eve moment, she utters the above while a couple is getting engaged, and they totally hear every word of it.
It would be too easy for Villanelle (Jodie Comer) to die so soon, especially when the appeal of the show is the result of the chemistry between the two women who are so against each other.
That's why we're treated to a scene of Villanelle recovering in the hospital. Whether this is a ruse to lure Eve out, we don't know.
What we do know is that Villanelle follows up her stint in the hospital by moving to a new locale.
“Sometimes when you love someone, you do crazy things,” she says as a man asks her what she's getting a knife for.
“To stab you with,” the assassin retorts.
Consider us intrigued!
Killing Eve launched last year to tepid ratings, but grew in all key demos every single week to become a huge hit for BBC America.
It went on to win countless awards, so we think it's fair to say there are a lot of eyes on the series.
Thankfully, it will also be simulcast on the higher-rated AMC for Season 2, and it should give the show a solid launching pad.
We barely scratched the surface about what went down in the trailer, so feast your eyes on the full clip below.
