Someone copies a letter and leaves it at Mickey's door.
Mickey calls Legal the following morning and shows him the FBI target letter left on his door. Mickey asks for advice on how to use the letter. Legal advises him to confirm the validity of the letter.
Cisco looks for some backstage passes to some concert.
The trial begins, and Mickey knows one juror might be on their side.
Opening statements begin, and prosecution goes first. Andrea paints a complete picture of Lisa murdering Bondurant because Lisa hated him.
On his time, Mickey tells the jury that Lisa was framed, and they'll prove it. Andrea interrupts Mickey several times during his statement.
Cisco meets with someone from the FBI and asks her to find the original copy of the target letter. She turns him down until he promises backstage passes to some band she likes.
The detective responsible for Bondurant's case testifies to the facts of the investigation.
Mickey awaits confirmation of the letter so that he can spring it on the detective and show the investigation didn't exhaust all suspects.
Cisco awaits information from his FBI contact.
As the detective testifies, it doesn't look good for Lisa as the jury buys everything the detective says.
After Andrea finishes with the detective, Mickey takes his turn, but he treads water, asking basic questions.
The agent who signed the target letter comes to the dinner but refuses to comment on the investigation.
Mickey decides to run with his statement as confirmation.
He presents the letter to the court and connects Alex and Mitchel's emails to the letter's subject matter, giving Alex a motive to kill Mitchel.
The detective almost admits that had he known about the letter, he might have looked at Alex as a suspect.
Izzy pays for the studio, but the manager tells her the rent has gone up.
Judge Teresa warns Mickey about the direction his case is heading.
Mickey learns that Hailey has a crush on a boy.
Vasquez testifies. Andrea uses him to try and prove that Alex is just a person of interest, not a suspect.
Vasquez more or less confirms that there's an investigation into Alex Grant.
In the men's room, Mickey learns that Vasquez was the one who left the letter because they need Mickey's help in nailing Alex Grant.
Mickey admits he pushed the play to get the FBI to play ball.
A new piece of evidence shows up. The murder weapon.
