Family Guy Details

Family Guy is a cartoon that focuses on the life of the Griffin family in the fictional town of Quahog, Rhode Island.  At the head of the family is the overweight Peter, his beautiful wife Lois, his teenage children Chris and Meg, and, of course, his talking baby Stewie.  Additionally, the family has a talking dog, Brian, that walks on two legs.

Family Guy was created in 1999 and cancelled in 2000, but due to high DVD sales the show was brough back in 2002 and has been running strong ever since.
