Julia (Giovagnoli) is a realty owner who has lost the holiday spirit. She has five days at the Christmas Inn with her competitor, Chad Everest (Burns), in order to win over the owner. While competing to win the listing, Julia and Chad discover that they have more in common than they thought.<p>
