Sylvie Brett is a long-time Firehouse 51 paramedic assigned to Ambulance 61. She had a relationship with former 51 firefighter Matt Casey, and he has recently proposed marriage to her. She's also working toward adopting a baby girl, Julia, she rescued on a call during Chicago Fire Season 11.
