Marc is Wilhelmina's little scheming, always hilarious, incredibly flamboyant assistant.  He normally is scheming with the recepionist, Amanda.  Marc is openly homosexual and dates photogropher Cliff in season 2.  However, they ended up breaking up after Marc cheated on Cliff.
