TV Ratings Report: Arrow, Black Lightning and Magnum P.I. Hit Lows

Arrow returned from another mini-hiatus and scored just 0.9 million viewers and a 0.2 rating.
The demo tally is very low, and somewhat concerning.
The show is already renewed for Season 8, but we could be looking at a final season announcement soon given the age of the show.
Black Lightning similarly hit series lows with 0.8 million total viewers and a 0.2 rating. Yes, it's also renewed.
Over on CBS, Magnum P.I. crashed to 5.5 million total viewers and a meager 0.6 rating.
CBS renewed the show earlier this year, so there's that.
Man With a Plan was similarly down. It had 4.9 million viewers and a 0.7 rating.
Fox's The Resident returned after a week off with 5.1 million total viewers and a 1.0 rating, up from its last original.
The Passage was steady with 3.4 million viewers and a 0.8 rating.
The Voice (10.9 million/2.0 rating) was down slightly week to week, but The Enemy Within (5.4 million/0.9 rating) lost 25 percent in the demo.
The Bachelor (7.2 million/2.0 rating) scored season highs for ABC, while The Good Doctor (6.7 million/1.1 rating) held steady.
