TV Ratings Report: The Good Doctor, Bull Rise

With Manifest taking Monday off, it allowed The Good Doctor and Bull to build in the ratings.
The Good Doctor perked up two-tenths to a 1.3 rating (8 million total viewers), while Bull also added two-tenths to match its season high 0.9 rating (7 million).
Dancing with the Stars was also on the upside Monday night, with a Halloween edition scoring a 1.2 rating (8.3 million viewers).
The Neighborhood (6.1 million/1.1 rating), Happy Together (4.4 million/0.8 rating), and Magnum PI (5.6 million/0.8 rating) were all steady.
The Voice (9.3 million/1.8 rating) dipped a tenth for NBC.
The Resident (4.9 million/1.0 rating) was steady as a rock while 9-1-1 (5.7 million/1.4 rating) gained a tenth.
Arrow (1.2 million/0.4 rating) and Legends of Tomorrow (1 million/0.3 rating) were both right on par with their week ago ratings.
