She may never portray Wonder Woman, Adrianne Palicki is still set to be a superhero.

The beloved former Friday Night Lights star has been tapped for a possibly recurring role on Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD Season 2.

She will come on board as a spy named Bobbi Morse, best known to comic fans as Mockingbird.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Palicki will debut on Episode 5 this fall and may not exactly be an ally of Coulson and company.

Along Season 2 will feature the following new faces:

• Kyle MacLachlan as Skye's father.
• Lucy Lawless as SHIELD agent Isabelle Hartly.
•  Reed Diamond as Hydra villain Daniel Whitehall.
• Henry Simmons as agent Alphonso "Mac" Mackenzie.

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD Season 2 premiere on September 23 at 9/8c on ABC.
