Last week, we talked to Colton Haynes about what fans can expect from Roy Harper on Arrow Season 3 - and now The CW has gone ahead and painted a very clear picture:
It's Arsenal!
Indeed, this is our first look at Haynes in the red hood that will officially place him on a Team Arrow. It's a look he'll debut on the October 8 premiere.
In DC Comics lore, Roy Harper turned into Arsenal in 1993 following decades as Green Arrow's sidekick, Speedy.
Arrow Season 2, meanwhile, was a challenging one for this character: He was unwillingly injected by Mirakuru serum and ended up going on a rampage that resulted in him killing a police officer.
