MTV Schedules Awkward Season 4 Premiere, Faking It Debut
Matt Richenthal at .Things will get awkward once again on MTV this spring.
The network announced today that Awkward Season 4 will kick off with a one-hour special on Tuesday, April 15 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
With new showrunners Chris Alberghini and Mike Chessler at the helm, new episodes will be "even more complications for Jenna as a senior," according to a press release, as "she endures more boy trouble, drama with her friends, a new girl in town who has eyes for Matty and even some cat fishing."
You can watch Awkward online and catch up prior to the April return.
MTV also confirmed that a new series titled "Faking It" will kick off a week later, on April 22 at 10:30 p.n. ET/PT.
This comedy centers on two best friends who present to be lesbians in order to fit in. It stars Katie Stevens and Rita Volk.
