The man behind so many great Ron Swanson quotes is manning up for a good cause.

In this new PSA produced by MadeMen (dot com), Nick Offerman of Parks & Recreation fame has a few heartwarming words of encouragement for all of you men out there with lackluster facial hair: It gets fuller!

Nick and his amazing mustache are tailor made for Movember, a month-long campaign in which men across the U.S. grow mustaches to raise awareness for prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.

“If you know someone that has an in-between ‘stache, maybe a family member or friend, now is the time to give them your support,” Offerman pleads. “Let them know, without judgment, that it gets fuller.”

The ad also features cameos from two of Nick's fellow NBC stars, The Office's Brian Baumgartner and Oscar Nunez, who are told to hang in until their “middle school lip dirt” turns into a “high-class handlebar.”

The "It Gets Fuller" slogan used by Offerman is an obvious takeoff on "It Gets Better," the tagline of the It Gets Better Project, which has produced many a PSA aimed to help LGBT youth who face bullying.
