The Voice: The Finals Begin!

at .

After five weeks, the 16 remaining finalists are set to sing their hearts out on The Voice. The blind auditions and battle rounds are now a distant memory.

Win the votes to stay or go home. That's what it's all about now, and while this felt a lot like American Idol to us all of a sudden, the singers were great.

While the show has lost some steam since its premiere, due in part to its complicated format and to a saturated market for such shows, it's still solid.

To see why, take a look at all eight of last night's songs, and tell us who you think will be moving on, by following the link to THG's The Voice recap!

Alan: [About G.D. Thibodeaux] I’ll tell you what I’m gonna go. I’m gonna go down there and talk to him.
Lindsey: No, no, no, no!
Alan: I’ve got to. I’ve got to! You sit here where you’re fine.

Alan: Because you’re around too many people.
Lindsey: No, no, no, no. Please, don’t!
Alan: I’m gonna go talk to him.
Lindsey: No, that is not a good idea!
Alan: I think it’s … where’s Drew? Hey Drew!
Lindsey: No. No! He could be the killer!
