As previous Smallville spoilers have revealed, a couple of major characters are set to return in the near future.

Before this year is through, both Chloe and Lionel Luther will make an appearance on The CW hit.

But the show is also on the lookout for a new individual to leave a major mark, as multiple sources confirm Smallville is casting for Clark's next nemesis.

This recurring villain will begin to realize his special powers after a freak accident, at first idolozing the Man of Steel but then giving in to a darkness inside him and squaring off against the show's protagonist. Sounds intriguing. Does anyone come to mind for the role?
