Updating a previous report, Matt Damon is now confirmed as a guest star on 30 Rock.

Damon, who will likely appear towards the very end of this season, has been on 30 Rock boss Tina Fey’s stunt-casting wish list (and a long list it is) for some time.

When informed of that, he responded, “I would do it in a heartbeat if they asked me…. [My wife and I] love that show, so if [Tina] has a part for me, I’m game.”

Looks like he is indeed, and the hilarious 30 Rock quotes will soon follow!
