A couple of notes on 30 Rock from EW today ...

• In the fourth episode of the upcoming fourth season, Liz will add a new cast member to TGS, and the new hire is crazy talented.
• The operative word being crazy. And here you thought Tracy Jordan had cornered the market on TGS nut jobs. Come on, people.
• That same episode will introduce a wannabe who’s hoping to be discovered while pretending he’s a robot in Times Square.
• This character is supposed to recur, so that dream may just come true.
• Hilarious 30 Rock quotes will undeniably result.
