It had a tremendous run, but at some point, you knew that the rich, storied business legacy of The Michael Scott Paper Company had to come to an end.

The only question was whether it would flame out in epic fashion, or whether Michael could, somehow, wrap things up in a face- and job-saving fashion.

In the end, this was one of those rare times when the enigmatic, incomparable Michael Scott proved that he is not an imbecile. At least all the time.
