Be prepared to meet the other half of the parents that spawned Matt on Ugly Betty when the show returns in May.  According to Ausiello Files, Matt's dad, Richard Hartley has been cast and is being played by veteran actor David Rasche.

David Rasche has most recently been on the small screen on the soap opera, All My Children, where he played Rob Gardner.

So do you guys believe that Daniel Eric Gold could be the spawn of Christine Baranski and David Rasche?  Do you really care or do you just want to see Mr. Hartley force Daniel to dress as a bunny for money?
