Ignacio has never really caught a break on Ugly Betty, having lost his wife, being deported, and just recently having a heart attack!  You can imagine our smile when we found out Ignacio will be getting a little lovin' in the next few episodes.

As we already know, Lauren Velez is guest starring as Ignacio's nurse during a four episode arc beginning on February 5th with "Kissed Off."  However, what we just learned from Kristin Dos Santos is that things will get hot and steamy between Ignacio and his new nurse!  Betty is going to have to learn to deal with this new romance.
