Ever since rumors began circulating last year that an unhappy T.R. Knight wanted out of Grey's Anatomy, speculation has run rampant as to when - and how - the actor will exit the show.

But is he leaving at all? Despite his bumbling character being almost laughably MIA from the hit medical drama this season, it's been surprisingly quiet of late regarding Knight's departure.

Given that the show has already bid hasty farewells to Brooke Smith and Melissa George this year, that's saying something. Will T.R. shock us all and actually stick around next season?
