The cast of Brothers & Sisters must really wanna bid farewell to Balthazar Getty.

According to E! Online sources (who work on the ABC drama), writers and producers have rewritten various scenes and story lines in order to phase out the actor, who portrays Tommy Walker, before the current season ends.

"Episode 19 is expected to be his last," an insider said.

Balthazar Getty has burned his last bridge on Brothers & Sisters.

Sadly, Getty's's exit likely means we'll see less of his onscreen wife, played by Sarah Jane Morris. Said another source:

"I know producers love her and want to keep her, [but] it may be hard to do with Tommy going away."
