In last night's episode, Betty finally got the power of final approval over an issue of Mode, but it couldn't have come at a worse time.  The cover was of a tornado at the time when a major tornado struck the midwest.  What was worse?  All the editors were unavailable and were stuck on a retreat!

Oh and did we mention on the retreat, Wilhelmina got to meet her competition, Connor's fiancee Molly (Sarah Lafleur) who Daniel took a liking to?  Oh yeah and that we got a little more Marc and Cliff screen time?
